ThatsEGO follows a strict quality control and packaging process. Every product undergoes careful inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Orders are securely packed by our team to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

2. No Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Each product is a unique piece of art, meticulously crafted by skilled artisans. Returns or refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect selection by the customer will not be accepted.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, refunds will not be issued. We encourage customers to carefully review the product details, images, and descriptions before placing an order.

To ensure fairness and prevent misuse of the exchange policy, clear photographic or video evidence is required for any claim:

• Clear photos of the damaged product from multiple angles
• The shipping label must be clearly visible
• The defect, damage, or incorrect item must be clearly shown
• An unboxing video (if available) will strengthen your claim

Incomplete or unclear evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

6. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange for a damaged/defective product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product via WhatsApp or email
• Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
• If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost

7. Inspection & Approval Process

Once a claim is submitted with valid evidence, ThatsEGO reserves the right to review and verify the issue. The decision to approve or reject an exchange request will be made solely after careful evaluation of the submitted evidence. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
• A refund to the original payment method (in exceptional cases only)

The final decision will be at the sole discretion of ThatsEGO.

8. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

The following cases are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal preference or style disagreement
• Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
• Slight variations due to the handmade nature of the product
• Delay in delivery caused by courier services
• Any claim made without proper photographic evidence
• Any claim raised after 24 hours of delivery

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you wish to cancel.

10. Policy Abuse

ThatsEGO maintains a strict policy against fraudulent or false claims. Any attempt to misuse the return and exchange policy may result in permanent refusal of service and cancellation of future orders.
