We offer free shipping on all orders across India via BlueDart Express. No hidden charges!

1. Made to Order

All ThatsEGO products are handcrafted fresh after your order. We do not keep pre-made stock — this ensures every product is made with the highest quality and zero compromise. Since each product is made to order, there is no dead stock waste.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and order verification. Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time may vary during high order volumes, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

ThatsEGO reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Shipping Partner

We ship all orders via BlueDart Express — one of India's most trusted courier services. You will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping is completely free on all orders across India. No minimum order value required. Any additional service charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

6. Delivery Area

We currently deliver across all of India wherever BlueDart services are available. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Address Accuracy

⚠️ Important
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including full name, complete delivery address, PIN code, and a valid contact number. ThatsEGO will not be responsible for delivery delays, losses, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via WhatsApp/email. You can track your package at bluedart.com/tracking. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring availability to receive the package.

9. Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered successfully delivered once it has been marked as delivered by the courier partner. ThatsEGO will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage reported after successful delivery confirmation.

10. Packaging & Handling

All products are securely packed and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Any transit-related damage claims must follow the procedure outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

11. Refused or Undelivered Orders

If a customer refuses to accept an order at the time of delivery without valid reason, ThatsEGO reserves the right to restrict future order placements. Repeated failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
