Payment Gateway Use Case: ThatsEGO uses Cashfree Payment Gateway to collect one-time payments from retail customers across India for the purchase of fashion accessories and clothing products via our website thatsego.com. Accepted payment methods include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation of your purchase. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. ThatsEGO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
All products are made to order. Processing takes 5-7 business days followed by BlueDart Express shipping (2-4 business days). Total delivery: 7-10 business days from order date.
We offer free shipping across India via BlueDart Express. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location and courier services.
